Guinea’s Fourth Repeat-Order Factory Inspection

Recently, a long‑standing customer from Guinea visited our manufacturing facility once again to carry out factory acceptance inspections on the diesel generator sets they ordered for the fourth time. This order comprises three 30 kW silent mobile trailer type, one 50 kW silent mobile trailer type, and one 200 kW silent type . Both are original Cummins engine with Dingbo alternator .It fully reflects the client's high level of trust in our company's quality and service.

On the inspection day, the customer’s representatives and our quality control team conducted a rigorous, step by step examination in accordance with strict procedures. The initial compliance review involved verifying the model and power ratings of all key components, including the diesel engine, alternator, and control panel to ensure 100% conformity with the contractual specifications. Original factory certificates of conformity were cross checked against the equipment serial numbers one by one, providing full traceability. This was followed by a thorough visual inspection, which confirmed that all units had intact paintwork, no signs of leakage or mechanical damage, and that the silent enclosures and trailer chassis demonstrated excellent workmanship.

The load performance test constituted the core of the acceptance process. After all units passed the no load test on the first attempt, engineers applied progressive load steps of 30%, 50%, 75%, 100%, and finally 110% of the rated load using an intelligent load bank; the entire procedure was video‑recorded for documentary purposes. During the continuous full‑load run, which lasted over 45 minutes, all operating parameters remained stable. Following shutdown, a meticulous inspection of the fuel and lubricating oil lines revealed no leaks. The load was then reduced stepwise back to 30%, during which the units responded promptly to speed regulation and exhibited exceptionally low voltage fluctuation rates.

In addition, engineers employed an infrared thermal image to scan critical electrical connection points; all temperature rises were well within the design limits, with no abnormal hot spots. A decibel measurement taken at a distance of 7 meters from the units recorded noise levels below 75 dB for all machines, fully meeting the customer’s low noise requirements. The soundproofing performance of the silent enclosures was highly appreciated.

Upon completion of all tests, the voltage, frequency, current, and output power of every unit were verified to comply with the required specifications. The customer’s project manager commented that this is their fourth collaboration, and each inspection gives us even more confidence.
